We’ve collected information on multiple offers from local agents for all homes for sale that went into contract over the past three weeks. The numbers confirm what our agents are seeing in the field: nearly the same number of properties went pending in Menlo Park (22) and Palo Alto (20), but Palo Alto (39) saw nearly twice the number of offers than Menlo Park (23).
